Lifts
We are well established long term suppliers to several UK and multi-national Lift Companies and have the facilities and expertise to manufacture, supply and install fabricated items from brackets, beams, supporting structures to complete lift cars. We supply all necessary Risk and Method Statements prior to commencing on site work.
Fixings and Pull Out Tests
We carry a small stock of commonly used mechanical fixings and various through bolt, expansion and chemical anchors available for dispatch the next day. We also have the facilities to arrange and supervise on site pull-out test's to ascertain the correct fixing for unknown substrates. (Commonly needed in modernisation and full replacement lift installations)
Machine guarding.
Current Health & Safety regulations require machinery to be guarded to PUWER regulations. We can produce simple or complex guards specifically designed to protect ingress to moving, dangerous or sensitive parts while being easily removable for authorised maintenance work. Handrails and balustrades can also be supplied and installed.
Lifting Beams
We offer a full and comprehensive range of lifting beams, loops and drill through sockets to suit most manufacturer’s needs. Any special / bespoke requirements can be dealt with by our design department.
